Applications & Awards
The Trustees arrange occasional meetings to consider applications and transact any other business relating to the Trust. Dates for these meetings will be published here.
The Trustees will also arrange a Special Meeting as required to consider applications when no regular meetings have been scheduled and/or when an early decision is needed.
Applications to the Trust should be made using the Application Form available below. The form includes full details on how to complete and submit the application. Please take care to read the Guidance Notes carefully and answer all questions as fully as possible.
If a 'Next Meeting' date is shown below, please submit the application at least one week prior to that date.
If no 'Next Meeting' date is shown, please contact the Trust Secretary to request a special meeting, allowing at least two weeks before any decision date that you have, and then submit the application form as soon as possible afterwards.
