Trustees and Trust Deed

 

The Trustees of the Chearsley Village Trust are:

The Trust Deed lays out exactly how the Trust will operate, and as such provides complete transparency on how funding decision will be made.

It follows a format laid down by the Charities Commission, which means it is thorough, fair and fit for purpose should the Trust decide in the future to register as a Charity.  That step has not been taken so far simply because of the relatively low level of funds involved.
